Eye Protector does not collect any personal information from you. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Name, email address, or contact information
- Location data
- Usage statistics or analytics
- Device identifiers
- Crash reports sent to third parties
Everything you draw on screen stays on your screen. No content is ever captured, uploaded, or transmitted.
Local Storage Only
All app settings and preferences (such as your selected drawing tool, color, line width, keyboard shortcuts, and toolbar layout) are stored locally on your Mac using the standard macOS UserDefaults system.
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
No Internet Connection Required
Eye Protector works entirely offline. The app makes no network requests and does not connect to any server, cloud service, or external API.
No Third-Party SDKs
Eye Protector does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. The app is built entirely with Apple's own frameworks (AppKit and SwiftUI).
Children's Privacy
Eye Protector does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is rated 4+ on the Mac App Store.

If we ever update this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Because we collect no data, any future changes are unlikely to affect your privacy.
